MicroRNA-10a (miR-10a) expression in normal, fibroadenoma and malignant breast tissues. RQ-PCR of miR-10a revealed significantly decreased levels of expression in breast cancer n = 103 (Mean(SEM) 2.3(0.08)Log10 Relative Quantity (RQ)) compared to normal tissue n = 30 (3.1(0.17) Log10 RQ, p < 0.001) and fibroadenoma tissues (n = 35, 2.9(0.15) Log10 RQ, p < 0.001).
