From: Early diagnostic value of Bcl-3 localization in colorectal cancer
Expression and localization of Bcl-3 in colon cancer cell lines. Total cell lysate of indicated colorectal cell lines was analysed by Western blot for Bcl-3 and actin (A). Subcellular fractions of LOVO, HCT-116 and CACO-2 were prepared. Nuclear and cytosol fractions were analysed by immunoblotting (B). CACO-2, HCT-116, and MCF-7 cells were analysed with immunofluorescence towards Bcl-3. When indicated cells were stimulated with 100 nM TPA. DAPI was used as a nuclear marker. Cells were examined with confocal microscopy (C). Whole cell lysates of the indicated colon cancer cell lines grown in complete medium were subjected to Western blotting (D).
