Cytotoxicity of blank vehicles. To determine the cytotoxicity of blank vehicles, MBT-2 cells were exposed to PMB30W or Cremophor for 72 hours. The level of LDH released into the culture supernatant from the cells was measured using LDH assay. PBS was used as control. The experiments were repeated independently three times. The data are shown as means ± S.E.
