Effect of DHMEQ on tumor growth in T24PR mouse xenograft model. T24PR cells (2 × 106 cells) were implanted in the flank of athymic nude mice. Seven days after implantation, daily intraperitoneal administration of 2 mg/kg of DHMEQ was started.
