The cluster number is shown at the top left corner of each cluster square. The number of genes grouped in each cluster is shown at the bottom left corner of each cluster square. The distances from the left-end point, the middle point, and the right-end point of the polyline within each cluster square to the bottom line of each square represent the relative (unscaled) gene expression levels among N16, T16, and T30, respectively. For example, the expression levels of genes in cluster 1 were comparable between T16 and T30, but were lower in T16 than in N16.
