Circulating miRNA expression profiles determined using qPCR. Customized qPCR plates were used to profile 85 miRNAs dysregulated in CCA tumor tissue. Volcano plots show log fold change for each miRNA assayed versus log of the P value. Dotted lines represent 2-fold dysregulation and the solid line represents a p value of 0.05. Comparisons were made between all plasma from all CCA patients (All) and five non-endemic normal plasma control samples. Comparisons were also made between control samples and tumor samples grouped by the histological grading of the matched tumor sample.
