Gd-MRL images in a 46-year-old patient with left breast ductal carcinoma. Compared with pre-contrast images (A), the axillary lymphatic pathway was dynamically stained 9 min (B) and 18 min after contrast injection (C). The SLN could be easily identified on Gd-MRL (white thin arrow). One distant node (white thick arrow) and its connection lymph vessel (white triangle) with an SLN are also displayed.
