Kaplan–Meier curves of patients prepared on the basis of MDM2 and Ki-67. Overall survival of the patients with MDM2 levels ≥9.05% was tended to be worse than that of the patients with levels <9.05% in the overall group (P = 0.08), and in cStageI (P = 0.06) and cStageIII cases (P = 0.15), but that did not reach statistical significance (A); the overall survival of the patients with Ki-67 levels ≥33.7% was significantly better than that of patients with levels <33.7% in cStageIII cases (P = 0.024), but the finding was opposite for cStageI patients (P = 0.011) (B).
