From: HGUE-C-1 is an atypical and novel colon carcinoma cell line
Effects of drugs and chemotherapeutic agents on cell proliferation. The effects of 17-AAG (7A), AZD-6244 (selumetinib) (7B), and oxaliplatin (7C) were determined by MTT assays on HGUE-C1, HT-29 and SW620 cell proliferation. The average of at least four experiments is represented and referred as percentage of control. Error bars are the S.E.M. *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01 versus HT-29 values.
