Changes of tumor volume after treatment with different dose cisplatin. Tumor volume of group B and C was significantly lower than that of group A on day 7 (* = P < 0.05) while there were no significant differences in tumor volume among the three groups on days 0, and 3 (* = P > 0.05). Group A, control tumors; Group B, tumors treated with 1 mg/kg cisplatin; Group C, tumors treated with 3 mg/kg cisplatin.
