ShRNA suppression of TYMP was effective to enhance the selective cytotoxicity of dT-QX. Each data point in the graphs was the mean of triplicates with SEM. All experiments were independently repeated at least two times (*P < 0.05 as compared to those under the same dT-QX concentration in cells alone).
