From: Radiosensitization with combined use of olaparib and PI-103 in triple-negative breast cancer
Effect of olaparib and PI-103 on radiosensitivity of MDA-MB-435S cells. MDA-MB-435S (A), MDA-MB-231 (B), and MDA-MB-435S cells transfected with BRCA1 siRNA (C) were treated with the indicated drugs prior to receiving the indicated dose of radiation. Western blotting showed decreased levels of BRCA1 in cells transfected with BRCA1 siRNA (D) compared with untransfected control cells (NC).
