  1. Wart (W), CIN (C) and VIN (V) samples were tested for HPV using three different primers sets. The PGMY primers detected HPV in more wart and CIN samples than either MY or GP5+/GP6+ PCR systems. There were no significant differences between the three sets when VIN samples were analysed. VIN samples collected pre-, on- or post- Imiquimod treatment are indicated.
