Immunization with ECD/Her2 induces strong antitumor immunity in mice. Groups of 9 mice were injected as described in Materials and Methods either with ECD/Her2 or with PBS on days 0, 21, and 42. 10 days after the last injection, mice were inoculated s.c. with 105 D2F2/E2 cells.
