All of the cell systems, SM-AP1 to SM-AP5, were equally immunopositive for keratin (A-B). SM-AP1, SM-AP2, and SM-AP3 cells were not definitely positive for S-100 protein (C), while SM-AP4 and SM-AP5 cells were strongly positive for S-100 protein (D).
