  1. Glioblastoma cells were cultured for 24 hours without (C) or with 10 μM JAI-51 (T) before being stained with propidium iodide. DNA content was analyzed by flow-cytometry and the percentage of cells in each phase of the cell cycle was obtained by using Modfit program. Numbers ± SD indicate the percentage of cells and are the mean of 3 to 5 experiments. * P < 0.05 (treated versus control).
