CAT (control) and twist cDNAs were introduced in PLC, HepG2, and Huh7 cells using Superfect™ chemical transfection reagent. After a 48-h incubation period, cells were fixed. Focal adhesion complexes were visualized by immunofluorescence staining of vinculin (green), as described in Materials and Method. Actin stress fibers were detected with rhodamine-phaloidin (red). A.
