Foxp3⁺ cells are located primarily in the paracortical regions, whereas IDO⁺ cells infiltrate perisinusoidal areas. The pericapsular fat is marked by the circle, the paracortex by the diamond, the marginal sinus by the arrowhead, and the medullary sinus by the diamond.
