IGF-I activate caspases 3/7, 8 and 9 in HCT116, SW620 and C2C12 cells IGF-I activate caspase 3/7 (a), 8(b) and 9 (c) in serum containing media (SCM) and serum free medium (SFM) in HCT 116 cells following the treatment with IGF-I (50 ng/ml) for 48 hours. IGF-I activate caspase 3/7 in SW620 cells (d) and C2C12cells (e) in serum containing media (SCM) and serum free media (SFM) for 48 hours. Significance value: * P <0.05; ** P <0.01 compared to untreated cells.
