Determination of the fraction of (E)GFP-positive viable cells. The cancer cell lines 4T1, B16 and COS-1 were bactofected with WL-150 pSP118-P_CMV-EGFP (P_CMV) and WL-150 pSP118-P_4xTETP-EGFP (P_4xTETP), respectively, resulting in optimal EGFP production by the bactofected cells after 3 days or these cells were infected with WL-150 pSP0-P_actA-GFP (P _actA ) resulting in GFP synthesis inside the bacteria which was determined 4 h post infection.
