Effect of RGZ on cell adhesion and migration. A. LMM3 cells were cultured with 1 μMRGZ and 10 μM BADGE alone or in combination. Non-adherent cells were counted after 2 h with a haemocytometer. * p < 0.05 vs. control. No differences were observed between RGZ and RGZ+BADGE. B. Already attached tumor cells were treated with RGZ with or without BADGE. The number of detached cells after 8 h was considered as a measure of "resistance to aspiration" ** p < 0.01 vs. control; * p < 0.05 vs. RGZ; C.
