MRD in children susceptible to relapse, as predicted by the soaring MRD during induction 1 of the two-year treatment phase under MCP841 protocol. MRD of nine patients is shown from the first week of treatment till the end of two years unless otherwise expired. The data at diagnosis (0 week of treatment) has been given for comparison. Six patients relapsed of whom four attained CR (black circle) while two died post relapse (white rhombus). The remaining three patients inspite of initial high MRD remained in CR throughout (black triangle). a. Represents the MRD in PB. b. Represents the MRD in BM.
