For each of the runs performed with different sample sizes (n), the change in the mean expression value (A, C) and the number of IMAGE clones that were stated as differentially expressed (B, D) were plotted with respect to the increasing number of iterations. A and B refer to the results of ductal vs. normal analysis whereas C and D show the results of ductal vs. lobular analysis.
