Inhibition of anchorage independent growth upon Rictor depletion. (A) MCF7 and PC3 cells were transfected with the siRNAs. Two days after transfection cells were detached with trypsin and seeded into soft agar. Colonies were allowed to grow for three weeks after which they were stained with crystal violet.
