Normal spleen cells stimulated with CD3/CD28 magnetic beads or primary cultures of Wnt-1 tumor cells were incubated for 72 hours with or without 1 μM of Rapamycin. Wnt-1 cells were incubated overnight to achieve adherent state before Rapamycin addition. Average percent of cells in G1, G2, and S phases from 3 independent experiments is shown.
