Effects of T1Rapa cells on Wnt-1 tumor growth in vivo. A. Tumor growth in lethally irradiated and BM reconstituted mice implanted s.c. with Wnt-1 tumor cells (2 × 105/mouse). T1Rapa cells (7 × 106/mouse, 1:1 of CD4:CD8) were injected intravenously at day 5 or 20 after tumor implantation (shown with arrows). B. Tumor growth in lethally irradiated and BM reconstituted mice implanted with Wnt-1 tumor cells (105/mouse) into MFP and treated with Rapamycin from day 0 to day 20. T1Rapamycin cells (7 × 106/mouse, 1:1 of CD4:CD8) were injected intravenously at day 21 after tumor implantation (shown with an arrow).
