Effects of T1Rapa cells on Wnt-1 tumor growth in vivo. A. Tumor growth in lethally irradiated and BM reconstituted mice implanted s.c. with Wnt-1 tumor cells (2 × 105/mouse). T1Rapa cells (7 × 106/mouse, 1:1 of CD4:CD8) were injected intravenously at day 5 or 20 after tumor implantation (shown with arrows). B.
