Effects of progestins on actin remodeling in the presence of E2. T47-D cells were treated with E2 (10 nM) or E2 (10 nM) plus P, MPA, DRSP (all 100 nM) or NES (1 nM) for 10 or 15 minutes, in the presence or absence of the pure PR antagonist ORG 31710 (ORG – 1 μM) and the pure ER antagonist ICI 182,780 (100 nM).
