Tumour 8-oxo-dG lesion levels following oxidative stresses. Mutagenic 8-oxo-dG lesions quantified at 1 day time point resulted in significant changes between MDA and AH and MDA and C (P < 0.001; ***) groups. Following 6 weeks of treatment the lesion levels were significantly increased in AH mice relative to AC mice (P < 0.05; *).
