From: Quantum dots in axillary lymph node mapping: Biodistribution study in healthy mice
Normalised 655 nm fluorescence intensity detected by LIF with optical fiber spectrofluorometer. 20 pmol of QDs or PBS (control mice) were injected subcutaneously in the distal part of the anterior paw of a nude mice. Kinetics of LIF measurements were done on skin after QDs injection, ALN with skin and in vivo for control, 5 min, 15 min, 30 min, 60 min and 24 h.
