A, MMP2 mRNA expression level was unchanged after antisense PCDGF construct transfection in SW626 cells compared with control group detected by RT-PCR. B, MMP2 activation was inhibited after antisense PCDGF construct transfection in SW626 cells detected by zymography assay. The 92KD, 72KD and 68KD bands, which represented MMP2 activity, were very weak in antisense PCDGF construct transfection group compared with the control group. C, cyclin D1 and CDK4 decreased after antisense PCDGF construct transfection in SW626 cells, which paralleled with the proliferation and invasion capability.
