(A and B) TGZ inhibits ES-2 cell migration in a wound healing assay. Cells were wounded and then treated with vehicle (DMSO) or TGZ (5–30 μM) for 8 h (grey column) and 24 h (black column) in 10% FBS-containing medium. At 0, 8 and 24 h, phase-contrast pictures of the wounds at three different locations were taken and then migrated cells in the wound were counted. ^# P < 0.05 vs. 8 h untreated cells and *P < 0.05 vs. 24 h untreated cells. (C) CGZ inhibits ES-2 cell migration in a wound healing assay.
