Clonogenic survival of HT1080 human fibrosarcoma cells after radiation treatment in air (20% O2) or hypoxia (0.1% O2): HT1080 cells were cultured for 12 hours under hypoxia/normoxia and in the presence or absence of 150 nM Chetomin (CHT). Chetomin was added four hours prior to hypoxia (n = 3, mean ± sem). Chetomin 150 nM has no effect on the radiosensitivity of HT 1080 cells in air, but increases radiosensitivity under hypoxic conditions.
