From: Anti-proliferative activity of the quassinoid NBT-272 in childhood medulloblastoma cells
Block of the cell cycle progression in synchronized MB treated with NBT-272. MB cells were synchronized by hydroxyurea treatment as described in Methods and treated with NBT-272 or the same volume of medium as control. FACS analysis of NBT-272 and control cells carried out 0, 8, 16, and 24 h posttreatment. Results are presented as the mean percentages of cells in G1, S, and G2/M ± SD (n = 2; ± SD).
