  1. Cells were maintained for 24 h under hypoxic conditions, then the cell-free supernatants were incubated at 37°C under standard conditions for up to 7 days. PAI-1 concentrations [ng/ml] ± S.E.M. of three independent experiments, each analyzed in duplicate by ELISA are shown.
