Kaplan-Meier analysis of the first set of 55 GBM patients based on the new categories (0, N = 28; 1, N = 4; 2, N = 13; 3, N=10) of nuclear FABP7 and EGFR expression (see Methods) showed that dual-negative specimens had significant longer survival time (A). Kaplan-Meier analysis of an independent set of 44 younger GBM patients (0, N = 11; 1, N = 12; 2, N = 11; 3, N=10) showed gradual decrease of survival time based on increased expression of nuclear FABP7 and EGFR (B).
