Cell surface expression of epithelial markers (A) and MHC class I and II molecules (B). Gastric carcinoma cell lines were reacted either with PE-labeled (H-2K^b, H-2D^b, I-A^b) or with unlabeled mAbs (CEACAM1, E-cadherin, EpCAM) followed by incubation with PE-labeled anti-mouse IgG or FITC-labeled anti-rat IgG and analyzed by flow cytometry. Histograms display the results obtained with antibodies against relevant antigens with (open gray) or without (open black) prior IFNγ stimulation and irrelevant antigens (gray filled curves).
