Effect of in vivo CuNG treatment on GSH levels 2 h and 24 h post-treatment in heart, kidney, liver and lung of EAC/Dox bearing mice. Results are compared with corresponding controls. Results presented as mean ± S.D. of 3 independent experiments, each involving 5 animals in each experimental group. GSH levels decreased significantly in all organs 2 h following CuNG treatment in vivo in EAC/Dox bearing animals compared to their untreated counterparts (*, P < 0.01).
