Stability of cyclin D1a and cyclin D1b isoforms. GRANTA-519 and JeKo-1 cells were untreated (C) or treated with cycloheximide (50 μg/ml final concentration) for 3 h. Cells were harvested 20–180 min later and total proteins were extracted and analyzed as described before. A densitometric analysis was performed to quantify proteins level and to estimate proteins half-life. Half-lives are indicated under the blots.
