The E1A-HD2 virus gives increased expression of viral proteins. A. Western blot of extracts of the indicated cell lines probed for E1A and DBP (DNA Binding Protein, an E2 gene product) 24 hours after infection with the parental and E1A-HD2 viruses. B. Western blot of HT29 extracts probed for E1A, DBP, E4orf6, E4orf6/7 and fiber at 24 and 48 hours after infection with the parental and E1A-HD2 viruses.
