Panels E-H, the corresponding images of the same cells in A-D stained with a monoclonal antibody to a mitochondrial inner membrane protein (2G2) and visualized with rhodamine-conjugated goat anti-mouse antibody. Panels I-J, cells stained with an affinity purified polyclonal antiserum to full length Bcl-XL conjugated directly to fluorescein and K-L, the corresponding images of the same cells stained with a polyclonal antibody to calreticulin. The protein expressed in each cell line is indicated to the left of the panels. The width of each image is 50 microns.
