Detection of proteins hyperphosphorylated after treatment of PWBC with GSAO using an Akt substrate-directed antibody. Cells were incubated for 24 hwith GSAO or GSCA as indicated and analysed with an antibody made to recognise multiple Akt substrate proteins in their Akt-phosphorylated forms (R/K-x-R/K-x-x-pS/pT motif, Cell Signalling Technology 9611).
