Signal comparison of Affymetrix and MPSS results. GeneID with manually curated signature mappings are in black, and those with automated mappings are in gray. All values are in log10, except zeros, which are portrayed as -0.1. Each GeneID is represented four times (for the two replicate GeneChips analyzed for each sample). A general trend of a monotonic increase with Affymetrix signal saturation at high expression is observed. However, variability is too great to justify a specific curve fit.
