Cell growth and thymidine incorporation. (A) The total viability of LN18, U87 and C6 cells grown for 5 days with 1 μM dexamethasone (DEX) was determined by way of an MTT test. For each condition, the viability in the absence of DEX was set as 100 percents (n = 3, mean ± SD). (B) The incorporation of 3H-thymidine in LN18, U87 and C6 cells grown for 48 hours in the presence of DEX is shown (n = 3, mean ± SD).
