Using Students T-test, no significant differences in cell number compared to control cells could be detected for the first two days after transfection for any of the constructs, three days after transfection DFFA (p = 0.002), CORT (p = 0.004) and PGD (p < 0.001) showed significant difference. B: Cell growth after transfection of ENO1 compared to empty vector control. Significant differences in cell number was detected day 1 (p < 10-8) and day 2 (p < 10-4), the difference was not significant day 3 after transfection.
