PCR products were visualized by gel electrophoresis on an ethidium bromide-stained agarose gel. M: 100 bp DNA ladder. B: Up-regulation of hNET expression by IFNγ. Semi-quantitative RT-PCR revealed a dose-dependent induction of hNET expression in BON cells by IFNγ after 48 h. Data are given as means ± SEM of 2 experiments.
