  1. IC50 values were evaluated by CCK-8 assay. Each experiment was conducted in triplicate. Data are expressed as means ± SD of four independent experiments. One-way analysis of variance followed by Dunnett’s multiple comparison test revealed statistical differences of *P < 0.05 for the E2F1 group versus the GFP group and NC group.
