Loss of CD73 on hematopoietic cells did not affect B16-F10 tumor growth and immune response. WT or CD73−/− bone marrow was grafted to WT mice after whole-body irradiation. B16-F10 cells (25 × 104) were injected subcutaneously into the hindlimb of bone barrow grafted mice. (A, B) MRI measurement of tumor and peritumoral edema was performed on day 17 post injection. (C) No differences in immune cell composition within tumor were observed in FACS. Data are shown as mean ± SEM (n = 7 – 8).
