The K ^trans value of the tumor for pre-RT, RT 50 Gy, RT 70 Gy and 3 months post-RT timepoint is 0.1891, 0.1622, 0.1429, 0.0633 (minute^-1) respectively, which shows a significant decrease in the K ^trans at 3 months post-RT, and the k _ep value is 0.5338, 0.3982, 0.3570, 0.0900 (minute^-1) respectively.
