The patients with 17q23-25 amplification had significantly shorter PFS and OS than that did those without 17q23-25 amplification in CCC tumors Meanwhile, PFS and OS did not show significant correlations in miR-21 overexpression, PTEN protein loss, or clinicopathological date.
