  1. The relative mRNA expression levels were evaluated by the ΔCt method as follows: ΔCt = Ct value of reference RPLPO - Ct value of mRNA of interest. The relative expression levels of the mRNA of interest corresponded to the 2^(ΔCt)*1000 value.
